Owensboro Community and Technical College will be closed beginning December 20th, 2014 for the holiday break. As part of our effort to improve operational efficiencies, KCTCS is initiating electronic payments using either VISA credit card or ACH direct deposit. View the flyer [PDF].

This will allow us to process invoices faster and more efficiently, which means your money will be in your pocket faster!

Enrollment Process

KCTCS values its vendor relationships and wants to improve payment processing. 

  • Complete a Substitute W-9 form to indicate which electronic payment method you prefer. Upon approval, KCTCS will send a note to the e-mail address supplied on the completed Substitute W-9 form for verification purposes. Request a substitute W9 form.
  • You are now ready to begin receiving KCTCS payments electronically!

Subsequent e-mails will follow, containing necessary information to collect and apply KCTCS payments.

This process is a quick, easy way to collect and apply our payments moving forward.
