Now may be a perfect time to consider enrolling in college, whether you want to enhance your skills or earn a degree for transfer. Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) is the best value in the state and can prepare you for the first 2 years of a 4-year degree with transfer programs. But that pathway may not be a fit for everyone.
