OCTC Extravaganza 2017

Owensboro Community & Technical College is hosting the OCTC EXTRAVAGANZA from 4-6 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2017 on the main campus at 4800 New Hartford Road. The OCTC EXTRAVAGANZA is a family friendly free event for prospective and returning students.

The event includes demonstrations in technical program areas, a healthcare careers scenario experience, live music with OCTC alumni Heath & Molly, food, tours, FASFA help and more! “This is a fantastic opportunity for students to come out to campus with their family and meet some of our faculty and staff. The program demonstrations and healthcare careers scenario allows the students to experience a small taste of what that career option involves” added Dr. Scott Williams, OCTC President.

OCTC will award three course scholarships from entries submitted during the event, one each for healthcare careers, transfer/general education and advanced manufacturing, and one for Super Someday initiative participants. One entry will be allocated per person in attendance at the event.
