COVID-19 Update

Class schedule update from Dr. Scott Williams, OCTC President

By now you’ve heard the governor’s response to slowing the spread of COVID 19 all across the Commonwealth, which included college and university classes moving online. Beginning Monday, November 23, all classes will be remote except for technical courses that must meet in person for skills.

Watch your KCTCS student e-mail for updates from your instructors. If you need additional information about the college’s overall plan, please contact Jeff Hendricks, OCTC’s Healthy At Work Officer.

Student support services (such as financial aid, advising, admissions/records, library, tutoring) will be available during regularly scheduled hours virtually or in-person, adhering to all Healthy At OCTC guidelines.  To schedule your appointment contact octc.startcenter@kctcs.edu, octc.pathfinderden@kctcs.edu, or octc.library@kctcs.edu

Thank you for your continued flexibility and understanding. No one could foresee all the changes you’ve endured during this pandemic, and we appreciate your commitment to your education. I wish you continued good health and look forward to seeing you soon.
