OCTC Debate Team at Murray State University

Owensboro Community amp; Technical College's Speech amp; Debate Team participated in the Ruby Krider Invitational Speech Tournament at Murray State University. Other colleges competing at the tournament included Transylvania, Bradley, Illinois State, North Central, Covenant College, Tennessee State, Western Kentucky University, Murray State University, Rollins University, Gateway Community College, Marian University, and McKendree College.

OCTC students earned the following awards: Bridget Ceballos, Freshman-Owensboro, second place in Communication Analysis; third place in After Dinner Speaking; fourth place in Duo Interpretation. Logan Blankenship, Freshman-Owensboro; fourth place in Duo Interpretation.
