OCTC HONORS DR. CORNELIA GLENN WITH MEMORIAL

Owensboro Community amp; Technical College is celebrating the life of Dr. Cornelia Glenn, who passed away last year after a prolonged battle with cancer. The celebration will be held Friday, April 8 from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM in the Chandler Conference Center located in the Advanced Technology Center on the main campus of OCTC at 4800 New Hartford Road.

Dr. Glenn was a 22 year veteran at OCTC, a tenured professor of Education.

She was also active in the community as a board member of the OMHS Foundation, was involved in the Democratic Women's Club and even organized the first Young Author's Conference.

The program will include presentations from some close friends, a video compilation, a dedication announcement, a Proclamation from the General Assembly and, a short reception.
