OCTC Hosting Nature Day

Owensboro Community amp; Technical College is proud to host Nature Day on Friday, October 22, from 8:30 AM 12:30 PM. The college is hosting the fifth grade class from Deer Park Elementary as part of the class of 2018 sponsorship. The students will travel across the street to the college and visit the Nature Center where the college will have six stations for the student to learn about different aspects of nature. The six stations are Mammals, Skulls amp; Bones with Geralyn Caplan and Lisa Crumbley, Forestry with James Morris, Birds with the Audubon Society, Longhunter with Randy King, and Snakes with Ron Mayhew.
