Owensboro Community amp; Technical College will host its Constitution Day activities
at 11 AM on Friday, September 17, 2010 in the Conference Room of the Advanced Technology
Center, on the main campus located at 4800 New Hartford Road, Owensboro. OCTC faculty,
Mr. Barry Stephens will speak on Democracy, Individuality, and the Constitution. There
will be time for discussion and questions following the presentation and, a free Constitution
Fact Book will be given to attendees, while supplies last. OCTCs library will host
a book display September, 13-17 and will conduct a week-long email quiz on facts about
