OCTCs MILLER RETIRING AFTER 30 YEARS
Larry Miller, Owensboro Community amp; Technical Colleges Vice President of Institutional Advancement, and Executive Director of the OCTC Foundation, Inc., is retiring after thirty years of service. Miller began his career at the college in 1986 as the Assistant Director for Student Services, later becoming the Dean of Student Affairs.
The OCTC Foundation will host a community reception on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 3:30 5:30 p.m. in the Chandler Conference Center, on the main campus in the ATC, at 4800 New Hartford Road.
Miller started at what was then known as Owensboro Community College in 1986, after serving as the Assistant Director of Admissions at KWC for two years. Prior to that Miller worked at an education related non-profit, the Bluegrass Education Work Council in Fayette County; and prior to that was a teacher and counselor at Lafayette High School.
