Business Administration

The GO CAREERS Business Administration Program is a “work and learn” option for employers to grow their own leaders and managers. It offers innovative, apprentice-style education and training designed to create one of the most highly skilled workforces in Kentucky. Students attend college two days per week, while working three days per week at their sponsoring company. In 2 years, students receive a n Associate of Applied Science degree with the additional benefit of practical skills and paid work experience.
Company partners benefit by “growing” a professional who understands not only a unique job function or process, but also the organization’s overall culture and business practice. Employers can reduce recruitment and training costs by hiring and/or retaining better-prepared and higher-skilled employees.
