Mission:
The Business Administration Program provides excellence in business education, produces competent graduates to meet employer needs, preparing students to complete a bachelor's degree while obtaining their career objectives to compete in the global market.

BAS full time faculty will increase retention efforts by emailing, texting, and calling advisees earlier and more often.

BAS Full Time Program faculty will improve their knowledge and skills thru participating in at least one professional development activity each year.

100% participation of BAS Full Time Program faculty in current year. Goal Met.
Analysis of Results: What did you learn from the results?
BAS full time faculty were able to find low cost or no cost professional development activities even when the program was experiencing large budget cuts.

BAS fulltime faculty will continue to look for low cost or no cost professional development activities to attend because the program is still facing more budget cuts.
Performance Measure –PLO# 3
BAS Program will meet or exceed the KCTCS Program graduate requirements of 10 per fiscal year.

As the economy improves our enrollment drops and there are less students in the pipeline to potentially graduate.

The BAS full-time faculty are increasing their recruiting efforts to get more students into the program. Full time BAS program faculty have participated in several college fairs, High school open houses, and high school parent nights. More students enrolled in the program means more graduates.

The BAS program has met the goal most semesters.

The long Term BAS enrollment to total OCTC enrollment has been around 3.76%. The BAS program has exceeded 3.76% for the last 3 semesters.

The BAS full-time faculty are increasing their recruiting efforts to get more students into the program. Full time BAS program faculty will continue to participate in several college fairs, High school open houses, and high school parent nights.

Will flip the class and use short videos for students to watch outside of class and focus more in class on the most missed concepts and principles in group activities.

What is your measurement instrument or process?
Identify and explain the issues related to Statute of Frauds (Comparative)

Goal was not met in F17 but was met S18 met.

Will continue to emphasize the circumstances under which the Statute of Frauds requires an agreement to be in writing in order for the agreement to be legally enforceable.
