Cambridge University Stage Tour Visits OCTC

The Cambridge University American Stage Tour, an annual theatre tour to the Eastern United States, will present: Where the Bee Sucks: Music and The Tempest at Owensboro Community amp; Technical College, in Blandford Lecture Hall, located in the Humanities Building on the main campus at 4800 New Hartford Road. The performance will be held on Wednesday, September 22, from 10:00--11:00 a.m.

Sixteen students from the University of Cambridge were selected after an interview and audition process to cross the Atlantic and perform a Shakespeare play to a variety of Universities, High Schools and professional theatres along the Eastern states of the USA.This class is part of the collaborative Theatre Arts program developed in partnership with Owensboro Community amp; Technical College, Kentucky Wesleyan College, Brescia University and the RiverPark Center.
