Board of Directors
The Owensboro Community and Technical College Board of Directors is composed of seven community leaders appointed by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, through a local Governor-appointed nominating committee. The additional three members consist of elected representatives from the OCTC faculty, staff, and student body. The board meets every other month and the minutes from meetings are posted.
