Owensboro Community and Technical College’s benefits navigator (kynector) can assist you in applying for:
- Medicaid/KCHIP
- Kentucky Integrated Health Insurance Premium Payment (KI-HIPP) program
- QHP, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) through kynect benefits.
Our kynectors can provide the following support:

- Answer questions related to SNAP/CCAP eligibility
