VISION STATEMENT

 

Our vision is to serve as a leading institution that inspires student success, drives innovation, and transforms communities through career pathways, transfer programs, and workforce development.

Approved and adopted by the College Assembly, Owensboro Community and Technical College Board of Directors, and the KCTCS Board of Regents in June 2026.
