Financial Aid Refunds

  • Financial Aid refunds will be issued six weeks into the Fall/Spring terms.
  • Summer refunds vary based on individual student's course start date.

Refunds are credited to your account using the method you selected in Student Self-Service from NelNet Student Choice Refunds. If you have questions about NelNet or your refund, you should contact the Business Office at 1-855-5GO-OCTC (1-855-546-6282).
